The Barry Island 10K route starts at Friars Road, near the Whitmore Bay seafront and finishes at Whitmore Bay event village, Barry Island. Underfoot, expect road. It passes Whitmore Bay, The Knap, Romilly Park and Watch House Bay. Brecon Carreg water station at the 5K point in Romilly Park and at the finish line.
Bag storage is situated in the Event Village and clearly signposted, open from 8:45am. The 10K race takes place on fully closed roads. Course entertainment provided along the route. 1. Pacers running at 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75 and 80 minutes.
