How long will my race take on this course?

Enter a recent result and the race you are targeting. We convert your current form to a course-adjusted prediction using the same normalised gradient model (GAP factor) that powers every race page, so the estimate accounts for how hilly the target course really is.

The full course-adjusted prediction is rolling out per race. In the meantime, every race page shows the realistic finish-time distribution for that exact course.

Why a course-adjusted predictor

Generic predictors assume every course is flat. Ours uses each course’s measured gradient profile, so a target with 300 m of climb is predicted slower than a pancake-flat PB course — the difference that actually decides your time.
