Underfoot, expect paved downtown roads (closed streets). It passes Short Street, East Main Street, Martin Luther King Boulevard, Bassett Avenue and Courthouse Plaza. Runners head east on Short Street, turn onto East Main Street and run the inbound lanes to a 180-degree turnaround at the Bassett Avenue median, return westbound on the outbound lanes of East Main, then turn onto Martin Luther King Boulevard and back to Short Street to finish.
Run on closed downtown Lexington streets including Short Street and East Main Street. A DJ and post-race celebration accompany the event at Courthouse Plaza. 1.
