Where does the Durham City Run Festival 5K route go?
The Durham City Run Festival 5K route starts at Outside the Radisson Blu Hotel, Durham city centre (DH1 5TA) and finishes at Beneath the backdrop of Durham Cathedral and Castle, on the Palace Green / World Heritage Site. Underfoot, expect road and cobbled streets through the historic city centre, with riverside sections along the River Wear. It passes Durham Cathedral, Durham Castle, River Wear, Palace Green and Durham city centre cobbled streets. Both the 5K and 10K finish beneath Durham Cathedral and Castle at the World Heritage Site.
