The Lake McMurtry Trail Run 5K route starts at Lake McMurtry West Recreation Area, 30285 Bronco Curve, Stillwater, OK 74075 and finishes at Lake McMurtry West Recreation Area, Stillwater, OK. Underfoot, expect 100% un-paved singletrack trail; soft, beginner-friendly footing. It passes pine forest, East Pavilion, Catfish Cove and Lake McMurtry. A loop on the west side of the lake, with the longer races adding an out-and-back to the east side.
