Official course linksThe Dingle Full and Half Marathon route starts at The Marina in Dingle Town; both full and half marathon start together heading toward Ventry and Slea Head and finishes at Near the village of Dunquin (Dún Chaoin), outside the door of Kruger's Pub. Underfoot, expect road. It passes Dingle Marina, Milltown Bridge, Burnham woodlands, Ventry beach and Dunbeg Fort. Spectacular Wild Atlantic Way coastal route hugging Slea Head with sheer cliffs on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other, with views of the Blasket Islands.
Separate baggage vans for half and full marathon runners at the start line; one small bag per person permitted. Traffic is removed from the Slea Head section for the event; full road closure details published as a closures map each year. Half marathon pacers at 1:30, 1:45, 2:00 and 2:15.
