The Fort4Fitness Fall Festival Half Marathon route starts at Brackenridge Road just outside the main entrance to Parkview Field in downtown Fort Wayne and finishes at Inside Parkview Field, the downtown Fort Wayne TinCaps ballpark. Underfoot, expect road. It passes downtown Fort Wayne, Calhoun Street, Fairview Golf Course, River Greenway trail and North Highland neighborhood. Half marathon route heads south along Calhoun Street for the first four miles to Fairview Golf Course, joins the River Greenway near mile 5, loops north through the North Highland neighborhood past Foster Golf Course, and returns through downtown neighborhoods to finish inside Parkview Field.
Live music performers play along the course and runners are cheered on by neighborhood cheer groups. 8. Saturday festival features three in-person distances (4 Mile, 10K, Half Marathon) all finishing inside Parkview Field, the city's downtown minor-league ballpark, where finishers receive a medal.
