Silver Parkway by the Fredericksburg Expo and Conference Center in the Central Park retail area and finishes at Wegmans parking lot in Central Park, where the Finish Festival is held. It passes Central Park retail district, Cowan Boulevard / Interstate 95 overpass, University of Mary Washington campus, Kenmore (Kenmore Park) and Historic Downtown Fredericksburg.
