The San Francisco Half Marathon, 10K & 5K route starts at JFK Promenade east of Blue Heron Lake Drive, Golden Gate Park (8:00 a.m. start) and finishes at Bernice Rodgers Way near Martin Luther King Drive, southwest corner of Golden Gate Park. Underfoot, expect paved roads and park promenade (closed roads within Golden Gate Park and on the Great Highway). It passes Golden Gate Park, The Panhandle, Great Highway and Pacific Ocean. Runs around the Panhandle, back through Golden Gate Park, then out and back on the Great Highway alongside the Pacific Ocean.
