The Bob Marshall Trail Races Marathon route starts at Seeley Creek Nordic Trails, Seeley Lake, MT and finishes at Seeley Creek Nordic Trails, Seeley Lake, MT. Underfoot, expect mix of maintained Nordic ski trails, rugged singletrack and Forest Service roads; no pavement. It passes Seeley Creek Nordic Trails and Bob Marshall Wilderness boundary. Course opens with a 10K on maintained Seeley Creek Nordic Trails, then a roughly 4.5-mile Forest Service road section, then a ~3-mile Wilderness singletrack section paralleling the Bob Marshall Wilderness.
