The Jovia Financial Credit Union Long Island Marathon Festival route starts at Eisenhower Park, 1899 Hempstead Tpke, East Meadow, NY 11554 and finishes at Eisenhower Park, East Meadow (finish-line area at Park Blvd. Westbury), with a post-race finish festival. Underfoot, expect mostly road, plus stretches on bike/walking paths within Eisenhower Park and a lap of a track. It passes Eisenhower Park, Wantagh State Parkway, Charles Lindbergh Boulevard, Nassau Coliseum and Museum Row. The course heads out onto the closed Wantagh State Parkway from roughly the 9-mile point to 17 miles before turning back toward the 23-mile point and onto Carman Avenue for the final stretch to the finish in Eisenhower Park, passing residential Nassau County neighbourhoods, the Nassau Coliseum and Museum Row.
Road closures take place on Sunday (marathon/half-marathon day), with the Wantagh State Parkway and surrounding roads closed for the course. Finish-line festival with live bands, food trucks and a post-race celebration. Pace teams are provided for the half and full marathons. A three-day festival (Fri 1 - Sun 3 May 2026): Friday Night Lights 5K and 1K Kids Fun Run on Friday, 10K on Saturday, and the Half Marathon and Marathon on Sunday.
