The Spring Forward Run (Lincoln Track Club) Mile route starts at Antelope Park, 3200 Veterans Memorial Drive, Lincoln, NE 68502 and finishes at Antelope Park, Lincoln (all courses start and finish in the park). Underfoot, expect mostly paved park roads and recreational trails (Billy Wolff and Rock Island Trails). It passes Antelope Park, Billy Wolff Trail and Rock Island Trail. Antelope Park, the start/finish hub, is also home to the Lincoln Children's Zoo and the city's sunken gardens, giving the venue a distinctive parkland character.
