Official course linksThe Land Between the Lakes Trail Run 23K route starts at Grand Rivers Community Center, 155 W. Cumberland St; runners proceed along the shoreline of Kentucky Lake near Lighthouse Landing and finishes at Downtown Grand Rivers at the Grand Rivers Tourism Office, 1858 J.H. O'Bryan Avenue. Underfoot, expect first ~1.9 miles on paved road, then the single-track, packed-dirt Canal Loop trail (approximately 11.3 miles per loop). It passes Kentucky Lake, Lake Barkley, Canal Loop Trail, Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area and Lighthouse Landing. Course records carry prize money: $1000 for a 50-mile or 60km record, $500 for a Marathon or 23km record.
